our popular get in “shape league” will be returning – come run in a 4 on 4 game, as you work you way back into shape.

New this session – LADIES are welcome... ½ the gym will be open for the ladies who wish to play as well.

This league cost $30 per individual.

5 on 5 league:

Back again for another 6 week session. This competitive 5 on 5 league will be held every sunday night. Games consist of 2 20 minute halves.

Team fees: $300/team

Classes will be developed to meet the player’s needs in a fast paced, motivating 1:1 setting. Classes will be one hour in length for 8 weeks.

We also offer various party packages so why not  let us take care of the party planning.  No clean up, no headache, no mess, no worry...

7^th and 8^th grade girls

AAU basketball

You are welcome to attend a free practice on 2/3 at Carl J Lamb. The AOB has been running quality clinics and participating with AAU for years. This year we have decided to open up our doors, free of charge, so folks can see first hand on how our practices are conducted and parents can ask questions regarding the AAU process.

A 7^th and 8^th grade girls team will be developed. On this team we will carry 8 players and 4 more players who will be practice players. During the AAU season we will have 10 practices, 14 games and a game jersey. Practices are conducted during the week and games are held on the week-ends (2 games per day). Games will be held on either Saturday or Sunday.

We hope to see you at the following times:

7^th grade girls : 6-7:30 at Carl J Lamb

8^th grade girls: 7:30-9:00 at Carl J Lamb

The AOB AAU season will begin at the end of the travel, Jr. high and high school seasons.  during the season the AOB works with teams and coaches, guiding them through the AAU process.  The AOB will run practices, implement offensive and defensive philosophies and help develop a schedule for all teams.  New this year, Coach Paul will be coaching at all games as well.

Currently teams that are forming are as follows: Girls teams: 2 5^th grade 6th,7^th,8^th and 10^th grade. Boys 5^th,7^th,8^th,9^th,10^th.

Some teams still have openings. We are also looking for practice players. Practice players come in at a reduced rate, get to attend all the practices and if a player is unable to attend a game, they can jump in and take that individuals spot for that tournament. Teams only carry 8 active members for tournaments to assure plenty of playing time.

The Academy is announcing a 6 week indoor soccer program at Nasson Community Center starting Saturday February 27th  and ending april 10th ( no class on 3/27)

For grades 1-6:

Indoor soccer will be held at Nasson Community Center for children in grades 1-6. A High energy 20 minute instruction class, given by former varsity soccer coach Dave McCall , will be followed by 2 -15 minute halves of soccer.

Adult / High school Co-Ed league :

No need to travel , no bouncing soccer balls of walls!! Futsal is an ingeniously condensed version of the outdoor game that preserves the outdoor game's true time and space relationships. The ball-handling speed and skill and quick thinking of Futsal translate directly to the outdoor game around both goals and in the thick of midfield battle. Futsal, will be played using the boundaries of the basketball court. Futsal is played 4 V 4 with no goalie. Games will consist of 2-25 minute halves.

Players may register as a team or as individuals.
